Description

Shrub that forms part of the Mediterranean scrubland in the central zone. It grows in both north-facing (sunny) and south-facing (moist) slopes and adapts in different ways to these situations. It has a lignotuber, which allows it to regenerate after a fire.

Habitat

Dry and stony terrain, preferably exposed to the sun.
